Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Ian Zubrickas, operating as IanZFitness, handles information through this website and its coaching portal. Questions or requests about your information can be sent to coaching.ianz@gmail.com.

Google Sign-In

The portal uses Google to verify your identity. It receives your Google account identifier, email address, and whether your email is verified. Your email is matched to Ian’s approved client list to provide your personal links. The portal does not receive your Google password. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in.

Client Records & Video Uploads

Portal records include your name, email, assigned Drive folder, and form/payment status entered by Ian. When you upload a video, the portal handles its filename, size, type, optional exercise label, and upload status. Videos are sent directly to Google Drive and stored in the client-specific video folder using Ian’s coaching Google account. The portal’s hosting service handles upload metadata rather than storing the video itself.

Ian’s Google Drive connection uses access limited to files and folders selected for the app or created by it. Clients are routed to their registered folder by the server. The uploader does not change Drive sharing settings. Existing folder-sharing permissions determine who can see stored videos.

Coaching & Other Services

Information is used to run the portal, provide coaching, respond to requests, and manage client access. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores portal records and upload metadata. Google provides sign-in and Drive storage. Links to Trainerize, Stripe, DocuSeal, Instagram, and other services take you to those services, which handle the information you provide under their own privacy policies. The portal does not collect payment-card details or store completed signing documents.

Reviews

Reviews include your text, optional rating, and permission choice. Ian can identify the submitting client in his private dashboard. A review is shown publicly only when you grant permission and Ian features it. Public reviews are labeled “Verified coaching client” without displaying your name. Updating a review removes it from public display until it is featured again.

Google User Data

Information received from Google APIs is used for the portal features described here. IanZFitness’s use and transfer of that information follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, used for personalized advertising, or used to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.

Managing Your Information

Contact Ian to request correction or deletion of portal records, reviews, or uploaded videos, or to ask about existing copies and retention. Signing out clears the portal session cookie; it does not delete stored records or videos. Removing a client’s portal access does not itself delete files or change their existing Drive sharing. Google app permissions can also be reviewed in your Google Account.

Website Requests & Changes

Hosting providers process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. This notice may be updated when the service changes; the date above identifies the current version.
